Terms and Conditions

By using your Campusworks/Shadows card you agree to these terms and conditions
(Terms). If you have any questions about your Campusworks/Shadows card, call
(NZ) 09 306 6590 or write to PO Box 4095, Shortland Street, Auckland.

Expiry of cash balances which you load onto your Campusworks/Shadows card will
expire one year after the date that you loaded the cash onto your Campusworks/
Shadows card.

When your loaded cash expires, you can no longer use them, and have no right to
any refund. If you wish to spend your cash balance, you must do so before they
expire

Ownership

Your Campusworks/Shadows card is the property of Bacchid Benevolency Limited
(trading as Campusworks/Shadows).

You must not copy or reproduce your Campusworks/Shadows card.

Registering your Campusworks/Shadows card

You must register your Campusworks/Shadows card unless you are otherwise
advised that you need to do so.

Register your Campusworks/Shadows card by:
- Registering online at www.campusworks.co.nz or www.shadows.co.nz

Activating your Campusworks/Shadows card

Once your card is registered, you must activate it by:

- Visiting your nearest Campusworks/Shadows outlet (as instructed following
the completion of your registration) to activate the card.

Nature of your Campusworks/Shadows card

Your campusworks card can be used as:
- A debit card where you can load up any dollar amount
- A debit/purchase card to purchase products at any designated
Campusworks outlet and Shadows Bar; and/or
- A loyalty/discount card to receive rewards/discounts on specially marked
products
Your Campusworks/Shadows card is not a credit or charge card and cannot be
exchanged for cash.

Lost or Stolen Cards

You must notify us immediately by emailing info@campusworks.co.nz if your
Campusworks/Shadows card is lost, stolen or destroyed. Provided your old
Campusworks/Shadows card was registered and activated, we will issue you with a
replacement card and freeze the remaining cash balance on your old card from the
time that you report to us that your card is lost, stolen or destroyed.

To credit a replacement Campusworks/Shadows card with a previously loaded cash
balance we will require proof of your identity (including photo identified caption).

The crediting of a replacement Campusworks/Shadows card is at our sole
discretion.

No Sale/Conversion

You cannot sell or convert cash balance on your Campusworks/Shadows card into
cash.

Cancellation of your Campusworks/Shadows card

We reserve the right to cancel your Campusworks/Shadows card at any time
without prior notice. Where we cancel your Campusworks/Shadows card, any
unused cash balance will be valid for three months from the date of cancellation,
after which any unused cash balances expire. The three month validity period does
not apply to a Campusworks/Shaodws card which is lost, stolen or destroyed. You
can cancel your Campusworks/Shadows card by writing to PO Box 4095, Shortland
Street, Auckland. Where you cancel your Campusworks/Shadows card, any unused
cash balances will expire immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept responsibility, and we will not
be liable for, any loss or damage suffered by you, however caused, in connection
with or arising from your Campusworks/Shadows card or use of this website,
including but not limited to:
- any delay in replacing your Campusworks/Shadows card;
- any unauthorised use of your Campusworks/Shadows card;
- any specially marked product offered at a Campusworks/Shadows card not
being available for any reason;
- any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, servers or
providers;
- any failure to notify you of any changes in these terms; or
- any failure to notify you of cancellation of your Campusworks/Shadows
card.

You hereby irrevocably hold us harmless from all claims, suits, demands, actions,
proceedings which you have or in the future may have against us, and shall
indemnify and release us from all and any claims for damages or otherwise in the
terms of, and in connection with or arising from your Campusworks/Shadows card
or use of this website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You acknowledge and agree that all decisions pertaining to Campusworks/Shadows
card matters rest solely with us and our decision is final.

All conditions and warranties, whether express or implied and whether arising
under legislation or otherwise, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or

safety of any goods or services supplied under or in relation to your campusworks
card are expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law. Any liability we
may have to you under legislation in respect of such goods and services which
cannot be excluded is limited, where permitted, to supply, or paying the cost of
supplying, the goods or services again.

You may have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which are not
excluded or limited by anything set out in these Terms. Each exclusion or limitation
of liability in these Terms also applies to the owner and operator of campusworks
outlets, Auckland University Students Association, employees and agents.
